HOW TO SHOP ONLINE?
Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your cart by clicking the cart icon on the top right of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your cart by clicking either the + or - button to the right and left the quantity. Shipping and tax fees vary according to where your order is being delivered, and the total cost will be calculated once your shipping information is provided.
HOW DO I CHECKOUT?
Once you have all the items you wish to order in your cart, you can click the cart icon in the top right of the page. A checkout bottom will be at the bottom of the page, which you can click in order to complete your purchase. From here, you will provide shipping and payment information. Once these steps are completed, you will be directed to a page confirming your order, and you will also receive an order confirmation email. If you did not receive a conformation, please contact us and we will make sure your order has been processed or not.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
DO YOU HAVE SIZING INFORMATION?
Our garments run from true to size, to slightly larger. Dimensions of our shirts and hoodies are listed on the sizing chart page. We recommend you avoid washing or drying garments on high heat to prevent shrinking. If you order an incorrect size, you can send it back to us and we will make sure to replace it with your proper fit. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact us Service by email or phone.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credits cards, as well as Amazon Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. Once the label has been created for your order you'll receive an email with tracking number. If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder or feel free to contact us and we will provide you with tracking info.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER WILL SHIPPED?
Once your order is placed and payment is verified we generally get orders sent out with in 2-4 days prior to ordering. If for any reason your order is shipped later than usual we will always make sure to contact you and let you know.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY
You are able to return an item within 30 day of your purchase and your item has not been worn or washed. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees from their address to LRS. We will provide a return label in the case that an item was sent incorrectly or was damaged. For any other additional information please see our Returns & Exchanges section.
