LRS: How It All Began
What started as a passion for chasing Great Lakes steelhead quickly grew into something much bigger. After graduating with a degree in illustration, artist Rob Benigno realized the fly fishing apparel on the market lacked personality and creativity. Combining his love for fishing and art, he began designing the kinds of shirts and hats he actually wanted to wear. That small idea eventually became Lakes Rivers Streams, a fishing apparel brand built around original artwork, fly fishing culture, and a deep appreciation for life on the water.

From Sketchbook to Printed Product
One of the aspects of this company that I believe sets LRS apart from many of the other Fishing/ Outdoor lifestyle companies out there is the art work that I create for our products. Drawing and fishing go hand in hand for me, ( I wish that were literal, if I could draw with one hand while fishing with the other, that'd be the bees knees) and LRS ultimately is a combination of these two life long passions.
