Returns and Exchanges
We always want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase from LRS. If you have any questions, concerns or issues with your order don’t hesitate to contact us.
- Free return labels are provided with exchanges.
- Returns sent back for a refund (unless an item is damaged or defective, or the wrong item were shipped) will receive a free return label, but require a $6 handling fee.
- To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in original condition.
- Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item(s) is damaged or defective, or the wrong item(s) were shipped.
- Item(s) must be returned in original packaging or at least a comparable packaging sufficient to prevent item(s) from being damaged during return shipping.
- This Return & Exchange policy is good for 30 days after receiving your order.
- Returns and exchanges typically take 3-5 days to ship once we receive the item(s)
- All exchanges are dependent on available inventory.
