Returns and Exchanges

We always want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. This is why we offer free exchanges and returns. If you have any questions, concerns or issues with your order don’t hesitate to contact us.

•Free return labels are provided with exchanges and returns.
•Return shipping for exchanged items sent from LRS to customer is paid for by LRS.
•To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in original condition
•Shipping & Handling fees on returns are non-refundable, unless an item(s) is damaged or defective, or the wrong item(s) were shipped.
•Item(s) must be returned in original packaging or at least a comparable packaging sufficient to prevent item(s) from being damaged during return shipping.
•Return and exchange policy is good for 30 days after receiving your order.
•Returns and exchanges typically take 3-5 days to ship once we receive the item(s)
•Refunds are issued upon inspection of returned items. If the item is in original condition, the refund will be issued and deposited to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
•All exchanges are dependent on available inventory. If an item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you may exchange for another item of equal value however you will need to send us an email to do so.
