Returns and Exchanges
We always want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. This is why we offer free exchanges and returns. If you have any questions, concerns or issues with your order don’t hesitate to contact us.
•Free return labels are provided with exchanges of a different size of the same item(s) and returns.
• Free returns are available for domestic orders only. International customers will be responsible for return shipping cost. LRS will cover cost of shipping the new item(s) back to the customer.
• If an exchange is requested for a different style of item(s), store credit will be issued and shipping to the customer will be paid for by LRS. Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the original item(s) to LRS.
•To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in original condition
•Shipping and handling fees on returns are non-refundable, unless an item(s) is damaged or defective, or the wrong item(s) were shipped.
•Item(s) must be returned in original packaging or at least a comparable packaging sufficient to prevent item(s) from being damaged during return shipping.
•Return and exchange policy is good for 60 days after receiving your order.
•Returns and exchanges typically take 3-5 days to ship once we receive the item(s)
•Refunds are issued upon inspection of returned items. If the item is in original condition, the refund will be issued and deposited to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
•All exchanges are dependent on available inventory.
